The arbitrator, rather than any federal, point out, or community courtroom or agency, shall have exceptional authority to solve all disputes arising out of or referring to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of those Conditions, including but not restricted to any claim that each one or any aspect of such Phrases is void
